1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zephyr, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Description of Service

Zephyr provides guided breathing exercises and wellness tools for general wellness purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

⚠️ Zephyr is NOT a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Zephyr is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

If you have a heart condition, respiratory illness, or any medical condition, consult your doctor before using breathing exercises. If you experience dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort during exercises, stop immediately. In case of emergency, call your local emergency services.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium features require a paid subscription billed through Google Play or Apple App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's app store settings
No refunds for partial subscription periods (subject to store policies)

5. Free Trial

Free trial converts to paid subscription after the trial period. Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges. Only one free trial per user.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code in Zephyr are owned by Zephyr App. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer the app
You may not use the app for any illegal purpose
You may not attempt to bypass premium restrictions

8. Limitation of Liability

Zephyr App is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
