Zephyr - Breathing & Wellness ("Zephyr", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the app experience:

• Data you provide: mood check-ins, breathing session preferences, custom breathing patterns
• Automatically collected: session duration, technique used, XP/level progress, streak data, achievement data
• Device data: device type, OS version, app version (for crash reporting only)
• We do NOT collect: name, email, phone number, location, contacts, camera, or microphone data

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the app experience
• To track your progress and streaks locally on your device
• To send optional breathing reminders (notifications you control)
• We do NOT sell your data to third parties
• We do NOT use your data for advertising

3. Data Storage

All personal wellness data is stored locally on your device using secure local storage. No user account is required — no personal data is sent to our servers. If you delete the app, all data is permanently deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat: Used for subscription management. RevenueCat may collect purchase-related data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic Claude API: Used for the AI Coach feature. Only your typed questions are sent — no personal health data. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play: Standard platform data collection applies.

5. Children's Privacy

Zephyr is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

6. Your Rights

• You can reset all app data anytime via Settings → Reset App
• Since all data is stored locally, there is nothing to request deletion of from our servers

7. Notifications

We send notifications only with your permission. You can disable notifications anytime in device settings or within the app.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated policy.
